The breakfast wholewheat biscuit was crying

Tuesday, Sept. 08, 2009 - 21:32

Yeah, I know, it's supposed to be a bit of a 'no-no', blogging about your dreams, but I'm going to fucking mention it anyhow 'cause it was mighty funny. Not, admittedly, that I think I'll be able to put across how amusing it was..

Anyhow, essentially I dreamt that David Mitchell was carrying out cunnilingus upon this curvy brunette woman with great big breasts and light blue eyeshadow just above her false eyelashes. The lady 'exhibited' female ejaculation, so to speak, but when she did so all over Mr Mitchell's face (ruining his floppy side-parted hairdo), he started cynically pointing out that the ejaculate was in fact urine - and that it was stinging his eyes.

So that was an odd start to the day, unreal as it was. Still, I suppose it allowed me to awaken to the extent that I was out of bed and ready to leave for work in plenty of time.

Not that bad a day, though admittedly there were frustrations amongst the welcome 'plus' of feeling that I got quite a lot done. I still felt a little under the weather from the last couple of days, and hence kept myself to myself and my head down towards the grindstone.

Watched (Episode 1, Series 1) 'Teachers' during my dinner this evening, and pleasant/amusing it was too - even though partially the whole thing'll be spoilt a little by knowing what happens later in the story (as I've seen much of Series 3 and all of Series 4 quite recently). Funny to see James Corden as a fat schoolboy too :-)

I've started reading AM Homes' novel 'The End of Alice'. So far it's pretty damned interesting, challenging stuff indeed. Controversial, but at least when I am reading it, I feel like I'm doing something semi-worthwhile (unlike how I'd feel reading some run of the mill thriller or bloke-lit novel). I'll persevere, even though some of it is a little difficult.
