previous - "The Beautiful People" - next Disappointed, again, in a weekend where I didn't get
much done. TV, xbox, pissing about online, eating, drinking, sleeping,
wanking.. all of these are far better ways to spend time than typing up an
audit that you did, or looking for houses nearer work that'd precipitate a
change of attitude and life balance which would no longer make such a dull-arse
weekend existance necessary in order to get through the week.
Chelsea got a 2-0 win over Liverpool today, swelled
as the scoreline was by a late second goal (and by Benayoun missing an
open goal in injury time). Looks like last weekend's loss was just a blip
for Ancelotti's men, though they've not looked all that impressive in many
of their wins.
This lunchtime, saw a repeat of an earlier episode
of 'Farmer Wants A Wife', which was entertaining enough. The bloke seemed
like a nice lad, and the two women he picked certainly had some potential
(though admittedly, one was a bit of a nightmare). Shame that they had to
call off a relationship that might later come to fruition, 'cause the
farmer's father was taken ill.
Arsenal were impressive in how they played against
Blackburn this afternoon. Though they did go 1-0 and 2-1 behind in the
first half, they had much the better of the final hour of the game, and
ended up 6-2 victors. There are a few goals in the Premiership this year!
Watching 'Country Tracks' this morning, I enjoyed
the presence of Ellie Harrison as she fooled about on the South Downs with
bats, windmills and racing cars. I might add her to my mental list of
television stars who I find attractive (which I'm sure she'll be highly
thrilled about!), plus she seems like an intelligent sciencey woman
too in the ilk of Dr Alice Roberts.
After relatively few draws (was it four in
sixty-ish games?) in the top division before this weekend, there were two
in this afternoons 3 p.m. kickoffs. Stoke will be very pleased with a 1-1
draw at Goodison Park, where Everton had the best of the second half.
Likewise, West ham will be relieved at a late equaliser against Fulham,
who'd been reduced to ten men before half time. It ended 2-2 at Upton Park
- leaving Fulham fifteenth, and West Ham second from bottom.
I was thinking earlier on about what dictates how
much noise someone makes (vocally, I mean) during sex. Surely it must be
more than something as simple as how introverted/extroverted someone is -
you might imagine that loud boistrous people would be noisier in the sack
than introverted librarian types. I suppose in reference to myself, I'm
not particularly vocal when lovemaking, whereas my friends would possibly
(less so these days, perhaps) describe me as being quite extroverted.
I think the key to this argument in my case derives
from something I realised a few days back, when (ahem!) having a wank.
Despite the fact I was alone in my house, with little chance of neighbours
hearing, I was still rather restrained and quiet vocally at orgasm. This
is probably due to time in the parental home and/or shared houses where
you had to wank without being detected, so to speak? I suppose I've known
women of many types and many different levels of expressiveness in the
bedroom, so to speak. There's probably no obvious correlation.
I popped out earlier to get some dinner. I didn't
get 'owt pudding-ish in nature, however, which is a bit daft. I've even
ran out of milk, hence cereal is off the menu too. ARSE!
Bugger. The spray nozzle on the bottle I use to moisten my shirts before ironing is bost. I'll have to buy a new one, or (like last time) steal one from work. My iron it's self has a little spray function, but.. it's not the same.
I've been alone with you inside your flat. I've
sniffed your knickers, worn your slippers, I've licked your hat. I
sometimes take a dump outside your door. Hello? It's me the cops are
looking for!
